I enjoy treating patients of all ages with a conservative and comprehensive approach using modern technology and techniques. My passion lies in educating my patients on preventive care to encourage improved oral health for life. I also love the artistic aspect of dentistry, which I use to help my patients achieve their best possible smile.
Growing up with my father as a dentist, I was drawn to the profession at an early age. I chose dentistry because it is a field that allows me to combine art and science to hand craft beautiful healthy smiles that can help others live life to their full potential.
Education and Continuing Education
After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in English, from Saint Mary’s College of California, I went on to receive my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. I constantly further my learning through continuing education courses and keep up to date with evidence based dentistry. I am a proud member of the American and California Dental Associations, as well as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Outside the office:
I am a Bay Area native and grew up in San Ramon. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, reading, travelling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family.

My name is Aron Tan, and I look forward to meeting you!
My goal as a provider is to make sure patients are able to make educated decisions about their oral health while being cared for in a safe, welcoming environment. I look forward to building positive relationships with each of my patients and getting to know them on a personal level.

I went to University of the Pacific in Stockton for my undergraduate studies in Biology, and I attended their dental school in San Francisco at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Currently, I am a member of the American and California Dental Associations.

Outside the office:
I was born in Augusta, Georgia, and moved to California at a very young age. My family lived in San Diego for a few years, but I later spent most of my childhood growing up in Modesto. When I am not in the office, I am usually at home relaxing or trying new restaurants with friends. Some activities I enjoy are cooking, fitness, watching shows, and playing video games during my free time. I am also fond of nature, and like to explore different national parks and hiking trails when I can.

Outside the office:
I am originally from Southern California, but in 2021 I made the Bay Area my new home for me and my family. When I am not practicing dentistry, I am a big fan of boba drinks, watching the latest on Netflix, and singing karaoke.
